The American Society for Information Science has made arrangements to have the sessions at the 1995 Annual Meeting audiotaped for the benefit of conference attendees and others interested in the content of the sessions. This service has proven to be a most valuable addition to the benefits provided by ASIS. Tapes will be available for purchase at the meeting as well as by mail after the conference. So that our audiotape contractor can move freely among the sessions and efficiently carry out his responsibilities to us, we ask that you complete the clearance statement below and return it to ASIS immediately and no later than August 16th , 1996. I,__________________________________, understand that my presentation at ASIS' 1996 Mid-Year Conference may be audiotaped and that such tapes will be available for purchase at the conference and afterwards. I agree to permit such taping and expect no compensation for granting my permission or from the proceeds of the tapes. Audio recording of my remarks in no way infringes on my rights for the material to be reproduced in either print, audio, or video formats.
