SIG USE INTERDISCIPLINARY CONFERENCE TRAVEL AWARD

SIGUSE is pleased to announce the addition of a new award for members to apply for financial support for attending non-LIS specific conferences.

Three awards of $200.00 each are now available.

The application process is very simple:

• Who will be attending the conference?
• What field/area would the conference be considered?
• What conference (specifically) you will be attending. Please to spell out any acronyms.
• Conference dates and a URL if available.
• If you have attended this conference before (for information only, not a judging criteria).
• Why attendance at this conference would benefit you personally and SIGUSE in general. (200 words or less)

NOTE: APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY August 3rd. Judging will be a double-blind peer review. You must be a member of SIGUSE to apply.
