Kris Lieberman, Panels Manager, talked to LT members about the call for participation. She encouraged members to give as much information in proposal as possible. If author abstracts and information are not yet available, try to give information on why the speaker(s) were chosen.

- ♦ Libraries and GIS. How libraries are using GIS info to determine where new libraries, schools, etc. should be built. How libraries might use this demographic information to anticipate changes in services; Libraries and GIS. How libraries bring geospatial information together with manuscripts, photos, etc.

- ♦ How libraries are shifting from portals to context/content management systems
- ♦ Libraries and the semantic web
