Part II -Audiotape Notification

ASIS makes audio recordings of most sessions and lectures at the ASIS Annual Meeting.  These recordings are sold at reasonable cost for educational and non-commercial purposes. By participating in a session you authorize ASIS and/or its agent to record, promote, and sell audiotapes of that session. If you do not want your presentation recorded, you must notify the ASIS Meetings Department by the date indicated on the DEADLINES page. Important: If you decline to have your presentation recorded, then the entire session in which you speak will not be recorded.

   Standard Setup. One microphone, one overhead projector and one projection screen.

   Nonstandard Equipment. ASIS's budget for non-standard equipment is limited and requests are filled on a first-come, first served basis. ASIS does not routinely provide Internet connecti;ons  however a limited number of LCD data projection pads/projectors are available. Your request must be received by the DEADLINE and is subject to budget limitations.
