Proceedings Guidelines

[ Contributed Papers Style Guide | Panel Session Style Guide ]

The Proceedings are the formal record of the meeting, consulted by attendees during the meeting and by scholars and researchers even years after the meeting.  In most cases we provide print and electronic proceedings prior to the meeting.  (Depending on the topic, for some meetings other than the Annual Meeting, papers are selected from the meeting and published following the event as a monograph.)

Contributed papers are printed in full, while panel sessions submit only abstracts of the session unless individual panel presentations have been submitted to the full contributed paper review process.  Please see the appropriate style guidelines for contributed papers or panel sessions.
