 Panels/Technical Sessions Proposals

[ Proposal Form ]

Panels, Technical Sessions, and other Presentations are developed by an ASIS Special Interest Group (SIG), by collaboration among two or more SIGs, and/or by other organizations and individuals within or outside the ASIS community. To submit a proposal, send the title and a 500 word description to the Sessions Coordinator at the address below. Submissions must include the sponsoring SIG(s) and/or organization(s); the name and complete address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address of the organizer (contact person); and the names, positions, and affiliations of presenters and other session participants such as moderators, reactors, etc. You are encouraged to submit your proposal by e-mail or to send an ASCII text file on a 3-1/2 disk along with a hard copy.

All proposals for panels, technical sessions, and other presentations must be received by the DEADLINES.

Technical Session Guidelines

The conference committee will make all decisions regarding acceptance of these sessions based on relevance to the conference themes, timeliness, and innovation.

Proposals may be brief. If accepted, a complete abstract or narrative — preferably at least one full page — will be submitted for the proceedings. Biographical information on the session participants will also be included in the proceedings.
