Marc Rettig

    At Cambridge, Marc focuses on design-driven innovations in customer experience, emphasizing an ethnographic approach to design. Many of his projects have involved social technology—design for more than one user at a time. Before Cambridge he was a strategic designer at seeSpace, a web product designer for dka, and an interaction designer at Andersen Consulting. Marc has held a number of editorial and writing positions, and is now an adjunct professor at the Institute of Design in Chicago.
