Peter Morville is Chief Operating Officer of Argus Associates, a leading information architecture consulting firm. Since 1993, he has provided information architecture solutions to Fortune 100 and Global 500 organizations, including AT&T, Barron's, Compaq, DaimlerChrysler, Ernst & Young, Johnson & Johnson, Owens-Corning, and Procter &  Gamble.

Peter is co-author of the best-selling book on the subject, Information Architecture for the World Wide Web (O'Reilly), named "Best Internet Book of 1998" by Amazon.com. Peter has spoken extensively on the topics of information architecture design and information retrieval at international professional conferences. He holds a Masters degree in Information and Library Studies from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in English Literature from Tufts University.
