Richard Greenfield
Head, Bill Digest Section, Library of Congress Rich Greenfield works for the Congressional Research Service where he supervises a unit which adds value to federal legislation by attaching summaries, status
steps and indexing terms to the full text of bills (see http://thomas.loc.gov). From 1997-1999, he worked for the Alaska State Library on technology issues, including statewide licensing of online resources and the Federal E-Rate program. Rich has
been an information consultant in the U.S. and abroad for more than two decades.
