(O'Reilly & Associates, 2000). She frequently writes and presents on these topics at leading industry conferences, and also contributes to industry publications such as Web Review and Internet World. Jennifer
has taught Web and computer design courses for United Digital Artists, the Massachusetts College of Art, and Naugatuck Valley Community-Technical College. She has a Master's in Library and Information Science from
the University of Pittsburgh and an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from Smith College.
