Andrew Dillon is an Associate Professor of Information Science at Indiana University where he teaches graduate level classes in HCI and usability evaluation methods and directs the HCI Lab. His research examines the human response to information technology with specific interests in digital document design, educational applications of hypermedia, and the development of reliable and valid evaluation methods.
