All speakers, participants and attendees must register. Early rate
registrations must be received by September 30, 2013. Please see our

Conference Days
ICKM 2013 runs from Friday, November 1st through Saturday, November 2nd.
Full conference registrations include:
- Access to all ICKM sessions and events;
- 1 copy of the Proceedings (papers submitted to the conference)

Cancellations and Refund Policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing (email or fax) no later than October 7, 2013 and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which payment was made and may take up to 4 weeks after the conference ends.
Conference Materials
All speakers and pre-registrants must check in at the registration area to pick up conference materials during the On-Site Registration Hours posted below. Everyone will receive a name badge which must be worn to all sessions and events.

Hotel Registration
