Book(s) and a sample order form must be pre-approved by ASIS&T (samples will not be returned)
- Order forms must pertain exclusively to the book you are displaying; publication brochures will not be accepted.
- Order forms should state that
ASIS&T members receive a 10% discount off the listed price.
- The cost to display is $100 per book/display
- To participate in the combined publishers table, complete and return the reservation form with a sample of the book and order form to be displayed and a check made payable to: ASIS&T, 1320 Fenwick Lane, Suite 510, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
Once approved a single copy of the book, along with order forms to be displayed, should be shipped to the following address: Vanessa Foss, ASIS&T Conference,

Please be sure that your company name appears on the shipment and that your materials arrive at the hotel by October
25, 2005.
