Book(s) and a sample order form must be preapproved by ASISTÂ (samples will not be returned)
- Order forms must pertain exclusively to the book you are displaying; publication brochures will not be accepted.
- Order forms should state that ASISTÂ members receive a 10% discount off the listed price.
- The cost to display is $100 per book/display
- To participate in the combined publishers table, complete and return the reservation form with a sample of the book and order form to be displayed and a check made payable to: ASIST, 1320 Fenwick Lane, Suite 510, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
Once approved a single copy of the book, along with order forms to be displayed, should be shipped to the following address: Vanessa Foss, ASIST Conference, J.W. Marriott Hotel, 1331 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20004
Please be sure that your company name appears on the shipment and that your materials arrive at the hotel by October 13, 2003.
