Ohio River Valley Chapter
(formerly Southern Ohio Chapter)


Welcome to the Ohio River Valley Chapter of the American Society for Information Science & Technology (ORVASIST). We recently changed our name from Southern Ohio ASIST to emphasis that a growing proportion of our members are from Kentucky, as well as Ohio. Our current members are primarily located in Northern and Central Kentucky (e.g., Covington, Highland Heights, Lexington and Louisville), and Southern Ohio (e.g, Cincinnati and Dayton). We host workshops, tutorials, and seminars that strive to further the professional skills and interests of Chapter members. We also hope to provide a forum in which members can meet and engage in the exchange of ideas. If you have ideas for future programs, or would like to volunteer, please send us an email.
