Experiences in dealing with outsource vendors, Internet standards, and web promotion provide inspiration for his latest shaggy dog tales. Mr. Nelson has an M.S. in Computer Science from USC and an A.B.D in marketing from the school of hard knocks (although it is not clear that he will progress to completion of his dissertation). He lives in the heart of Los Angeles, and is known to haunt the African music circuit after most Angelenos are asleep.
