Carol Diecrichs was a wonderful speaker for the Annual meeting. Her talk was thought provoking and interesting. I can’t wait to see the presentation slides posted. I couldn’t take notes as fast as she can talk.

An extremely good balance of institutions represented and given that, an amazing unity among the panelists on some central themes. There were especially good comments from several panelists on strategies for marketing and public relations – the essence of demonstrating your library’s value to the people who benefit from it. Every librarian understands how timely this topic is, and there ensued a very lively discussion among attendees from all around Ohio. Not to be missed!
