Use the APL Road entrance and turn left into the parking lot and use any parking space with the exception of handicapped spaces (if you are not handicapped) and fire lanes.

Enter Building 1 by the flagpoles, and the guard inside at the desk will ask for a government photo ID (a driver's license is OK) and have you sign the sign-in list.

The room for the meeting is Howard County III which is located off the Main Lobby (Lobby 1).
