  How to Order Bulletin Print Back Issues

Past print issues of the Bulletin are $10.00 each, subject to availability, plus $1.50 shipping and handling (add $7.50 for orders shipped outside the U.S.).   The last print issue was volume 33, number 4 as the Bulletin went online only beginning with vol. 33, no. 5.
